Recognizing the critical shortage of skilled medical and administrative personnel in ophthalmology across the Islamic world, Al-Basar International Foundation made a strategic commitment to develop human resources in eye care.

Our Institutes:

1.     Pakistan: Established a technical institute (English-medium).

2.     Sudan: Founded a college (English-medium).

3.     Niger: Currently developing a French-language institute (under implementation).

Graduates lead eye care initiatives in their home countries, advancing the foundation’s mission to combat preventable blindness across Asia and Africa.
